SHIPPING

We ship through USPS + UPS. Shipping rate will apply at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, which varies depending on the shipping option you choose.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? REGULAR PRICED ORDERS depart from our warehouse within 2-4 Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier). 

 

 

MY PACKAGE SAID IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT DID NOT ARRIVE 

We know how frustrating this can be. In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. If your package does not arrive within 1-2 days, contact your local USPS store. 

Once we ship out your package through USPS, your package is now in the property of USPS. Mae + Me is not responsible for any lost or stolen product. Lost packages must be filed with USPS. Mae + Me will not replace lost or stolen items. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs
